Studio work & conducting
Professional recording studio trombonist and performer and experienced conductor/director for classical and jazz ensembles. Judging and clinician services for school ensembles, contests, and festivals.
Professional transcription, composition & arranging
Professional transcription and arranging of all music styles, including professional quality wedding band horn section charts. Available for hire, contact for current rates.

With over 30 years of experience in performing and teaching, including 20 years as a Colorado Department of Education licensed teacher, Dr. Tom Ball offers unparalleled expertise from pre-school to university levels. He delivers the professionalism and reliability of a master teacher. Lessons are available for beginning brass instruments including trombone, baritone, euphonium, trumpet, and tuba, through advanced high school, university, and professional levels. I assist in preparing for honor band and college/university auditions. So whether you are a beginner or advanced player, with 3 degrees in classical trombone performance, and decades of jazz experience and knowledge, Dr. Ball has the tools needed to help you on your musical journey.
